I’ve spent 15 years building the systems that make complex businesses work, as a product leader, systems architect, and designer. At companies ranging from 10-person startups to a $2.5B global travel technology platform, I’ve been the person who could align on strategy in the morning and review a data architecture with the engineering team that afternoon.
At the SANS Institute, a global cybersecurity training platform, I led three engineering teams through a full enterprise transformation, shifting the company from physical, event-based training to a cloud-native SaaS model that diversified 50% of its revenue. I automated a workflow that saved nearly $400,000 per year, negotiated an OpenAI integration that brought ChatGPT and API access to thousands of students on-demand, and delivered a multi-cloud cyber lab provisioning system in six months. Before that, at Travelport, I governed API products connecting 65,000 travel agencies across 165 countries to a platform processing over 200 million bookings a year.
What makes me useful is that I don’t just define the roadmap; I can help execute it. I’m comfortable in Figma designing a workflow UI, mapping a data architecture in Lucidchart, or reviewing a pull request in GitHub. RoleFinder, an AI-powered job monitoring tool I built and run, is a working example: product strategy, system design, automation, and deployment, done end to end.
