Since starting my job search, I’ve posted on LinkedIn three times a week — updates, reflections, stories from the search. Here’s what’s happened since.
📈 Profile views up. Impressions up. Real conversations, referrals, and interviews — all from posts.
If you’re job hunting, I can’t stress this enough: just post. Once a week minimum. Two or three if you can.
Not because every post has to be great. Most won’t be.
Not because you need to go viral. You don’t.
But because consistency beats perfection. Honest, personal, and steady signals cut through the noise.
My cadence is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Why?
- Monday = overfull inboxes and catch-up chaos
- Friday = everyone’s already halfway out the door
- Midweek = your best shot at visibility
Your voice doesn’t have to be loud. It just has to show up.
