Technical Depth, Strategic Vision

As a product manager with a deep background in systems engineering, I’ve found that bridging the gap between technical execution and strategic priorities is where the magic happens. I’ve been "in the weeds" with development teams, understanding the code, infrastructure, and challenges they face. This connection builds trust and ensures I can speak their language. But my role also requires keeping an eye on the horizon — aligning technical efforts with long-term business goals like user experience, scalability, and revenue growth.

The key is to balance both perspectives. I’ve worked closely with development teams to ensure technical feasibility while advocating for features that solved high-priority customer pain points. By translating strategic goals into actionable tasks, the team stayed focused and engaged, knowing their work directly impacted the company’s success. And by calling out team members during quarterly readouts, I give them space to shine within the organization, acknowledging their hard work.
